Here we go
Okay, so I am actually on week 2- I have been hesitant on publishing this blog, but I figured it is my own way to stay accountable so here we go!
Today was hard! I did NOT want to workout. I was tired, it was raining, and I had a new Real Housewives of NY recorded that I really, really wanted to watch! BUTTTTT I went, and I killed it! I did Legs Day 2, which means lots of heavy squats and lunges- I swear Whitney Nava is trying to kill me....but it felt so good! Liar, it hurt...a lot...and I was walking like a cowboy....but I did it! And then I followed it up with 15 minute HIIT on 21 incline treadmill then 2 mile run:) Thank goodness for summertime and Dish Nation on the TV! I love me some Kellie Rasberry and Jenna Owens!
And I feel SO GOOD that I made myself go! Kate 1 Procrastination 0!
